Account Deletion for White Rabbit

This page explains how users can delete their account and associated data in the White Rabbit mobile application.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the White Rabbit app.
  2. Go to your Profile screen.
  3. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
  5. Tap Delete My Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion when the confirmation dialog appears.

What happens after deletion

Once you confirm account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Data retention

After account deletion, all user-generated content is removed. Some technical logs may be retained for a limited period if required for security or legal purposes, and are automatically deleted afterward.

If you have already deleted the app, you can reinstall it to access the account deletion option following the steps above.
